My client is a leading travel and bookings provider with over 100 years of history and heritage behind it. If you’ve been on holiday you’ve most definitely heard of them… not only are they disruptors, but they’re trend setters as well; pretty much everything we know about the holiday booking experience now is down to them.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop design deliverables including sketches, wireframes and prototypes.
Plan and conduct face-to-face and remote usability testing.
Plan and conduct qualitative research to support strategic and tactical projects.
Manage own workloads and projects.

MUST HAVES

5+ experience in user experience design for web and mobile apps.
An understanding of usability, interaction design and research theories and principles.
A portfolio demonstrating your development of sketches, wireframes and other design artifacts for digital design projects.
Experience working within eCommerce
Experience of leading UX projects in a commercial environment.
Practical experience of working in an agile environment.
Understanding of web accessibility guidelines advantageous
A working knowledge of website technologies such as HTML,CSS, and JavaScript etc, will also be advantageous.
