Salt is excited to once again collaborate with this Financial Services client as they continue their growth plans and are now looking to hire a Data Analyst to support their CS team on an ASAP starting, 6 month contract position.

Your main role will be to develop and implement dashboards that analyse revenue-driving activities. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure dashboards are user-friendly and provide valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design and build interactive dashboards to track retention and revenue activities.
– Develop ETL processes for data integration, using SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
– Analyse A/B tests and provide historical data for performance benchmarks
– Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to refine dashboards and present insights to stakeholders.
– Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot any data issues.

Key Skills Required:
– Proficient in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Qliksense. Familiar with ETL tools and A/B testing methodologies
– Familiarity with call center and web data metrics an advantage but not essential
– Proven ability to deliver user-friendly dashboards, strong problem-solving, effective communication with non-technical stakeholders, and time management.
– Experienced with Power BI, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and fast-paced environments.
