Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
Location: London/Work from home 3 days per week
You will joining an organisation that is passionate about experimentation, while directly be impacting consumer behavior. You will be joining the growth and personalisation team where your role is to work with multiple stakeholders to decentralised experimentation program at scale.
You responsibilities include:
- Grow test and learn culture and experimentation evangelism
- Support lead in development of experimentation best practices framework and strategy
- Work as an experimentation role model across all areas, engaging teams in UX, Analytics, Product and Engineering
- Facilitate and promote the discussions of experiments through playback sessions
- Support lead in experimentation platform capabilities
- Provide regular 1-2-1 contact, advice and support to all experimentation teams
Key Skills
- 2+ years’ experience in Ecommerce
- Strong presentation skills supported by excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience using common experimentation tools helpful e.g. Adobe Target, Optimizely, AB Tasty
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, including to non-analytical backgrounds
- Data-driven with experience in analytical roles, statistics experience inside or outside of experimentation space a bonus
- Enthusiasm for the power of experimentation
