Data Specialist (Airtable)

Salt is proud to collaborate with one of the worlds largest streaming giants as they search for a Data Specialist with key expert experience in using Airtable for an immediate starting, remote-working, min 6 month contract role.

It is critical that you have experience with Airtable as this role will focus on the build out of databases on this system, supporting in the collection and operationalisation of data and assisting in the wider team development and onboarding of the application.

This database will consistently track internal success metrics, activity of global talent and tracking of wider programs and training costs – this data will be gathered from multiple regions around the world.

Key Role Requirements:

  • The ideal contractor for this position should hold at least 3-5 as a data analyst.
  • Have excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Building out the existing Airtable to ensure that it meets the data collection and reporting needs of the global team and also building respective Airtables to meet the needs of the other respective country/regions covered worldwide
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure the Airtable meets their reporting needs
  • Train internal managers to utilise the system effectively
  • Effectively input all historical data required to bring the regional and global Airtable up to date

Key Experience Required:

  • Advanced experience in using Airtable – experience in this too is absolutely essential
  • Proficient in Sequence
  • Circa 3-5 Years working with SQL
  • Previous knowledge of budgeting
