This role is pivotal in driving digital analytics across all elements of the digital ecosystem by delivering actionable insights to enhance conversion rates and optimise media spend efficiency.
- Hybrid working in Manchester (2 days onsite per week)
- Immediate start, 6-month contract
- £40,000 salary
As a Digital Analytics, you will:
- Testing and Insights Support: Partner with the team to develop a robust “test and learn” roadmap, supporting experiments with relevant analytics and insights to drive continuous improvement
- In-depth Analysis of Onsite Performance: Conduct deep-dive analyses into onsite behaviour, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize the user experience and conversion pathways
- Funnel Flow Analysis: Deliver insights into the customer journey, with a focus on understanding and improving the conversion funnel, identifying drop-off points, and proposing solutions
- Feature Performance Measurement: Collaborate closely with the Digital Product team to assess the impact and success of newly launched digital features, using data to inform feature enhancements and future development
- Reporting Roadmap Development: Lead the evolution of the reporting function, working with data visualization experts to ensure dashboards are tailored to business needs and provide relevant, easy-to-digest insights
You will need:
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, and experience working in medium/large online businesses
- Proven experience in digital analytics, with a strong focus on website analytics and conversion rate optimization
- Proficiency in analytical tools and insights tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI
- Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics, conversion funnels, and customer journey mapping
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders
- Experience with A/B testing and a “test and learn” approach
