This role requires a mix of analytical prowess, campaign management skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to drive growth and improve customer experience.
✔ 12-month, day-rate contract
✔ £330 per day, inside IR35
✔ Hybrid working in London (not negotiable)
What you will do:
— Track, analyse, and report on funnel metrics to provide actional insights and drive change, building a narrative and story on performance
— Assess and communicate the health, performance, and customer experience across countries, categories, and programs
— Create visualisations and analyses to identify gaps and optimise campaign using data from multiple sources
— Lead planning and execution of new campaigns, managing the end-to-end process including coordination with web production localisation and quality assurance teams
— Develop and implement quarterly trading plans, including promotional and pricing activities
You will need:
— Strong skills and demonstrable experience with Excel, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Power BI
— Strong experience in marketing and campaign analytics, and strong experience story telling using data
— Good understanding of JIRA, and the ability to translate requirements to non-technical team members
— The ability to work onsite in London 2-3 times each week
— Ideally previous experience SaaS or tech-centered environment
