Location: Hybrid/East London 1-2 days per week
You will report directly to the Head of Digital and Data, who you will work closely alongside to be the subject matter expert on web analytics. You will be working to improve the customers digital journey across the site and make sure their journey is as seamless as possible.

Skills required:
- Previous experience working as a Digital/Web Analyst
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Power Bi, Tableau, Looker ect.
- Knowledge of CRM and CMS systems and how web analytics are configured across the platform.
Desired but not essential:
- Experienced in HTML, CSS or other web programming languages.
- Understanding of Local Government
