Global Business Analyst

Salt is proud to collaborate with one of the worlds most rapidly growing Premium Skincare brands as they seek to hire a talented and driven Global Business Analyst to join their team on an immediate starting, 3 month contract role.

In this position, you will act as the interim lead for regional commercial data and category analysis, investigating trends to support their overall decision making efforts and will be delivering valuable reporting insight to the marketing & commercial teams. Throughout your term, you will be working closely with regional leads and supporting the team to fuel and shape strategic planning and tactical decision making.

Key Role Requirements:

• Effectively support the Global Sales Team with delivery of accurate, summarised insights
• Support in maintaining Net Sales Tracker
• Ability to build solid partnerships for trusted category and commercial insight
• Deliver against clear market targets, risks and opportunities
• Oversee effective delivery of the EMEA retail reporting and are produced to lead insight and action across the wider team
• Support in the collection of data from relevant account managers to summarise and formulate recommendations for the region and challenge where necessary
• Own the post promotional analysis and make future recommendations based acquired data
• Deliver clear productivity analysis and assortment recommendations
• Provide regional data for standard BAU delivery

Key Skills Required:

• Advanced Excel skills – vlookups & pivot tables etc
• Experienced in handling large data sets and manual data cleansing and manipulation
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform in a varied and demanding role
• Ability to present analyses and figures in a coherent manner to a mixed audience
• Experienced in managing key stakeholders at varying levels
