  • Facilitate successful project delivery through interviews, workshops, documentation reviews, business analysis, and business process evaluations.
  • Work with and challenge business stakeholders on their assumptions, defining objectives to influence current solutions and the workstream vision.
  • Create diagrams, process flows, and scenarios to translate complex data flows into clear business documentation.
  • Promote a ‘customer first approach’ across the organisation by sharing best practices and acting as a subject matter expert.

  • Experience in driving and managing projects, ensuring successful project delivery in a dynamic environment.
  • Understanding the interaction between data flows and business processes and how upstream actions impact downstream quality.
  • Excellent presentation and organisational skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
