To be successful, they must enhance their focus on customer experience and accelerate digitisation across all segments. The Digital Transformation and Customer Experience team is crucial in this journey: their goal is to provide a simpler, faster, and better customer experience.

As Global Data Programme Lead you will:

  • Develop and maintain a Global Insight dashboard, along with relevant reporting frameworks and visualisations, to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to stakeholders.
  • Analyse business requirements and processes, transforming them into Data & Analytics requirements to develop solution options and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Group D&A business partners and business teams to ensure that business requirements and processes are thoroughly understood and well-defined.
  • Facilitate successful project delivery through interviews, workshops, documentation reviews, business analysis, and business process evaluations.
  • Work with and challenge business stakeholders on their assumptions, defining objectives to influence current solutions and the workstream vision.
  • Create diagrams, process flows, and scenarios to translate complex data flows into clear business documentation.
  • Promote a ‘customer first approach’ across the organisation by sharing best practices and acting as a subject matter expert.

Requirements:

  • KEY – A successful candidate will need previous experience at a top four consulting firm, agency, or in a large matrix organisation.
  • Proven experience in providing strategic analysis, business insights, and reporting to senior business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is required.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and statistical modeling.
  • Solid commercial and practical experience within the Martech landscape and familiarity with common tools used to manage marketing intelligence (e.g., Adobe, Tealium, SalesForce, Pega, Data Visualization tools).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert complex business requirements into actionable data and analytics solutions.
  • Experience in driving and managing projects, ensuring successful project delivery in a dynamic environment.
  • Understanding the interaction between data flows and business processes and how upstream actions impact downstream quality.
  • Excellent presentation and organisational skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.
