You will be joining the team who sit in the heart of the agency, they are responsible for providing the insights and understanding of the clients’ business and marketing challenges. Your data informed insights will directly impact marketing and business performance.

You will sit in one out of their 4 data teams which includes, Data Science, Data Analysis and Data Enablement/Reporting. You will be working for a leading data agency who work with household names that you will undoubtedly recognise!

As a Junior Analyst, you’ll collaborate under guidance of senior members in the team to complete projects within specified timelines, applying your proficient hands-on analytical skills. Leveraging your expertise in Python and SQL, you’ll acquire the ability to deliver robust analytics, receiving support from your team along the way.

You will have an interest in web and social analytics tools and data visualisation tools that will enable you to uncover key insights across channels and create self-service dashboards.

You will support the team to answering strategic questions using data and forge an understanding of how to deliver personalisation at scale.

Key skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative subject (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) or Social Sciences, with heavy emphasis on quantitative methods.
  • Core analytical languages and software (Excel, SQL, Python, Alteryx).
  • Statistics.
  • Data Visualisation tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker / etc).
  • Web and Social Analytics (GA / Adobe / Brandwatch / Sprinklr.
  • Performance Measurement and Measurement Frameworks.
  • Customer journey analysis and planning.
  • Brief planning and writing.
  • Awareness of Segmentation and Modelling.
