Marketing Operations Manager

Series A (Silicon Valley backed Scale-up)

Mission will be to improve the current marketing functions, processes and infrastructure that power the key marketing programs and decisions across the marketing funnel

Responsibilities

• Work with The head of marketing and revenue ops lead to accelerate marketing-sourced revenue
• Create strategies and methods for automated data collection and analysis, to provide marketing with insights on performance across the revenue funnel
• Leverage MarTech tools, systemise the information flow and own our CRM (HubSpot)
• Collect data Across our marketing funnel to generate demand and improve conversions
• Collect data on our target market, demographics and customer journeys to identify market potential
• Measure and optimize marketing’s input into revenue and provide strategies that influence our go-to marketing strategy

What we’re looking for

• 3 years of experience in marketing or similar operational roles for SaaS/Tech Start-ups
• Good understanding of B2B marketing processes, automation and CRM tools
• Are able to easily communicate complex problems and have experience in managing senior stakeholders
• Thrives in a fast-paced Start-up environment
