The successful candidate will be a Senior analyst or above, well versed in mining large customer databases.They will be highly proficient in all forms of data mining particularly Multi-Variate Analysis, Propensity modelling, Lifetime value analytics etc.
A knowledge of SQL, Fast-stats would be desirable, whilst expertise in Multi-Variate packages is a pre- requisite

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting into the Director of Central Marketing, this Customer-centric role will be responsible for developing deep understanding and deploying actionable insights from all of the behaviours and traits that drive our customer outcomes across the many channels of Marketing. Understanding these behaviours and advising/ on the following areas

• Segmenting the customer base
• Product/channel journeys
• Customer Lifetime Value (past and future)
• Next best action (product and channel) and developing/deploying upsell/cross-sell algorithms
• Customer acquisition retention analysis
• Deep dive into Customer related business questions
