Senior eCommerce Analyst

My client, a leading FMCG brand, is on the hunt for a Senior eCommerce Analyst to join the team on an initial 6-month contract, which has been deterimined inside IR35.

The role:

The purpose of this position is to understand eCommerce global and market-specific performance, and use insights to feed priorities to the CX team to make the most impact.

Responsibilities:

• Understand eCommerce business objectives & identify new opportunities on the website to reach these objectives
• Monitor eCommerce performance KPIs & highlight areas of focus for immediate action to the CX team
• Deliver shareable insights based on deep research & analysis of the entire customer journey from acquisition to retention
• Analyze new deployments & deliver solid reporting along with strategic recommendations
• Interact with cross functional teams (Insights, CRM, Social Media etc..) in order to get valuable insights & data driving decisions on eCommerce website
• Follow trends in eCommerce industry & provides teams with new opportunities
• Facilitate monthly performance discussions with the Regions and channels, and support the transformation to a performance-related culture
• Prepare monthly eCommerce performance reviews & reporting
• Understand trends, promotions, and global campaign effect

Profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role for an eCommerce website
• Extensive experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sessioncam, AB Testings etc…)
• Deep understanding of eCommerce conversion rate optimization mechanics
• Proactive & taking initiatives to interact with cross functional stakeholders
