This global Consulting firm are hiring for an Insight Team Lead as part of an ongoing internal transformation to deliver pro-active insights, rather than adhering to a traditional ad hoc, reactionary model.
You will join a high performing team of insights experts, and work within a flat structure – all ultimately reporting to the COO, with the hiring manager operating at a peer level.
You will also have 3 people reporting into you, all senior managers as well – so softer reporting lines, very much project based, coordinating the team is this person’s responsibility.
This all forms part of a 15 strong team delivering around 5 core Insight Pillars including Client Insight, Market Insight, Brand Insight, Competitor Insight and Sales Insight – so a great chance to work across a wide range of projects, and with peer level experts.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Ability to influence Board members and Senior Leadership / Partners
- Background in insight and data analytics
- Technical expertise
- Seniority and leadership skills
- Ability to drive strategic change
Ideal candidate would be from:
- Consulting or Strategy house
- Research Agency
