Location: London/Hybrid

Salt are partnering with a leading Work OS SaaS business to expand their Product Analytics team into the UK. Globally there are over 15 product analyst within the business which is supporting an even larger number of product owners and managers. This is a great opportunity to play a critical role within the product analytics team as you will help to shape the function here in London.

The role

  • Your role plays a critical role in promoting data-driven decision-making and optimising the product to directly impact the success and growth of the platform.
  • Act as the main analytical expert for your team and key stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
  • Lead comprehensive analyses to identify new opportunities and influence the direction of the product roadmap.
  • Examine complex data sets to uncover critical insights and turn them into strategic recommendations for improving our product offerings.
  • Formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and conduct A/B tests to evaluate product changes and enhance performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track product performance, monitor KPIs, and deliver clear insights to the team.
  • Partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to drive product enhancements through data-backed recommendations.

Key skills required:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of numerical data with a strong business sense, adept at utilising both simple metrics and complex forecasting models.
  • Passionate about analysing user behaviour through various methods and advocating for a user-centered approach in product development.
  • Technical expertise in advanced analytics on large datasets using tools like Python, Pandas, R, and SQL.
