Sr. Marketing Ops & Enablement Manager

Salt is proud to collaborate once again with this Globally Established IT Software Giant as they source for a Senior Marketing Operations and Enablement Manager to joining their EMEA B2B Marketing Team on an ASAP starting 12 month contract role.

In this exciting position, you will drive the campaign operations and enablement strategy to help them achieve their set revenue targets and bring the overall team performance to the next level. The ideal candiadte will be proficient in Marketo, Adobe Campaign and Salesforce.

Role Requirements:

• Effectively set up the campaign strategy – supporting demand generation and field marketing teams
• Assess campaign health to recommend and implement process improvements
• Ensure delivery of end-to-end campaign governance
• Troubleshoot process gaps and proactively work to resolve them
• Act as a connection between marketers and marketing technology
• Provide systems’ operational and technical trainings to marketing
• Support in centralising the knowledge base and roll out of the training program for the regional team
• Oversee the streamline delivery and automation of team onboarding processes

Key Skills Required:

• Posses circa 5+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing environment
• Hold strong marketing automation, CRM, solution consulting experience
• Have the ability to implement marketing processes at scale to achieve positive ROI
• Proven ability to work across multiple projects at the same time with stakeholders across different time zones
• Ability to recommend process improvements partnering with business and technical stakeholders, and drive them through to roll out and adoption
• Highly analytical, organised, proactive, with strong attention to detail and cross-team collaboration
• Ability to thrive in a virtual team environment
• Be an excellent communicator who is capable of delivering compelling sales and marketing training, process governance while building stakeholders’ trust
• Previous experience with Marketo and Adobe Campaign is a strong plus.
• Hands on experience with Workfront, Trello, Monday.com or equiv is very advantageous
• Experience with Salesforce is required
