Location: 3 days in the office per week

Salary: £65,000 – £70,000

You will be working for a small, fast growing wellness organisation who have an exciting trajectory. This is a new role that is being established within the business and you will be responsible for managing the website, it’s analytics and drive it’s performance.

In 2022 the client onboard the CDP Exponea/Bloomreach and 2023 they are in the process of migrating to GA4 – this role will own these platforms in the business.

Key day to day duties include:

• Creating Bloomreach analyses
• Creating Tableau dashboards using Bloomreach data feeds
• Run reports on website performance
• Analysing data and running reports to briefs
• Working with the marketing team and design team to manage creation of new web pages to be used as landing pages for specific campaigns, and monitoring their performance
• Work with the customer team to implement website changes based on customer feedback
• Optimisation of website to improve CRO

You will need:

• Expert in Bloomreach/Exponea platform – this is an essential skill, you will have worked for Bloomreach/Exponea or worked for a business using this specific CDP and have graduated from the Bloomreach/Exponea ‘university’.
• Expert in analytical software and able to simplify data for other team members
• Ability to use analytics to gain insight, gauge performance and drive positive change
