The Role

This role sits with the Head of People Performance and will work with stakeholders within your business group/brands. You will:

• Create and implement a people plan for your dedicated business groups.
• Organisation design, ensuring roles fit the structure.
• Talent attraction, retention and development.
• Support with employee relations.
• Collaborate on business transformation projects.
• Build best practices, frameworks, solutions.

You

This role will suit someone who thrives in an incredibly fast paced office environment and has strong stakeholder management skills. You’ll need:

• Proven HR expertise and proven success in working in complex businesses.
• Experience working with multiple head office functions.
• Experience as part of a high performing team.
• Experience in the retail industry – ideally a fast paced business.
• Ability to establish effective relationships in order to collaborate, persuade and influence.
• Able to shape & lead initiatives/change projects.
• Can interpret and analyse data and propose actions.
