Your role:
We are currently seeking a management assistant for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Germany (all genders) to join our Support Center in Frankfurt am Main at the earliest opportunity. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to our CEO, including assistance with project-related tasks.
As the assistant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding appointments, playing a key role in coordinating and scheduling these engagements for our CEO. Your responsibilities will extend to the preparation and follow-up of appointments, involving tasks such as creating presentations and recording meeting minutes.
Additionally, you will be tasked with organizing business trips and compiling the associated travel expense reports. Taking on a broader scope, you will also be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating various events.
