The Role

The Account Director (AD) plays an integral role in the organisation; they work alongside the Digital Marketing Consultants. The AD manages the whole account management cycle, from on-boarding a new client, to campaign analysis and contract renewal. They are responsible for analysing and troubleshooting campaigns, as well as creating and nurturing deep relationships with clients. ADs hold large amounts of revenue, and it is their responsibility to retain and grow the client base. You get to work with a fabulous team of Digital Marketing Consultants who will make your job easier!

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Time management skills
• Customer retention skills
• Proficient at explaining and simplifying complex concepts
• Experience in running high calibre campaigns on Facebook, Google and Bing
• Knowledge of customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic, Hubspot or other database systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, skilled in Excel and Powerpoint
• Google Ads Qualified
• Experience in running Facebook campaigns
• SEO knowledge
