My client a global B2B organisation that focuses on Unified Comms/SaaS is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager/Executive, who is a self-starter to join their start-up and now scale up due to its huge success. This SaaS business has rocketed in growth and they are looking to grow their marketing team.
Working in a small, but dynamic and agile time, you as Digital Marketing Manager will have a key role in the business; ensuring that marketing runs smoothly and is optimized for reach and engagement. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our CRM data; monitoring and improving our web performance, PPC campaigns, maintaining marketing metrics, monitoring competitor and marketplace activity; as well as managing our social media.
Responsibilities:
· You will understand the importance of good CRM database sales and marketing administration, taking ownership of how we manage and improve our data
· You will be responsible for actioning updates and maintenance to our websites, and you will not be afraid to contribute ideas that will raise the standard of our websites
· You will take responsibility for creating and maintaining reports on all Marketing metrics
· You will manage our social channels, monitoring and improving engagement and contributing to the strategy
· You will support any tactical campaigns by managing the PPC element as required.
