Digital Marketing Specialist (Contract)

Performance Marketing

Greater London Contract / 6 Months £200 - £250.00 per day

Salt has partnered with leading HR organisation that helps compliantly pay workers in over 100 countries. They work with the large international businesses, cool start ups, technology companies, and support them with compliant management and payment methods.

In this role you can become an entrepreneur, in a growing business and shape their Digital Marketing strategy and function. The ideal candidate would have a passion for HR/ Recruitment/ solution technology business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Social media strategy, including content, scheduling, maintaining and managing the day to day running of the channels and the exploration of new channels and marketing opportunities in the social space
  • Monitor marketing campaigns’ progress and results to gather data to help improve performance
  • Support content creation and editing of website pages
  • Follow marketing trends and proactively identify marketing opportunities
  • Assist with Performance Markeitng (PPC, SEM and SEO) campaigns and strategies
  • Help with the organisation and coordination of marketing and promotional events, such as conferences, exhibitions, and webinars
  • Provide assistance with recording, editing and promoting of podcast episodes.

Skills:

  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Teams
  • Experience using Canva and social media management tools
  • Applied understanding of basic marketing principals
  • Familiarity and experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and best practices
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with multitasking and hitting deadlines
  • Excellent written communications skills
  • Understanding of SEO techniques and best practices
