🚀 Head of Performance Marketing – EU (Amazon)

We’re looking for a performance marketing leader to supercharge growth across Amazon in Europe. You’ll set the vision, lead a small team, and own strategies that make our brands unmissable.

What you’ll do:

• Drive Amazon performance marketing across multiple EU markets
• Lead campaigns, budgets & agency partners for maximum ROI
• Turn insights into action with smart reporting & analytics
• Collaborate with brand, creative & retail teams to hit big goals
• Bring fresh ideas – from automation to AI – to stay ahead of the curve

What you bring:

• 5+ years in performance marketing (Amazon/retail media a big plus)
• Proven success scaling campaigns & managing budgets
• Strong leadership & stakeholder management chops
• Data-driven mindset with creative spark
