My client is an exciting Insurtech start up founded in 2016. They have built a platform which is changing the way people insure their homes. After closing a new round of funding, they are now looking for an analytical Marketing Manager to join their growing Marketing team and assist with their acquisition strategy.

They are looking for a smart and well-rounded candidate who is not afraid to work hard, get their hands dirty in the short term and build a world-class marketing function in the long term.

Key Responsibilities

· Grow their key acquisition channels

· Plan and run tests to quickly improve performance

· Working with agencies to improve their performance

· Coordinating with product, tech and ops to make sure they are executing at a high level and delivering a great customer experience

Skills and Experience

· Have between 1 and 3 years of digital marketing experience working with paid acquisition channels

· Are strong at making data driven and customer focused decisions

· Are an comfortable dealing with new challenges in a constantly changing environment

· No experience of insurance or financial services is required.
