Salt is working with a leading international personal care brand, seeking an excellent paid social freelancer to plan, execute, and optimise D2C direct response marketing campaigns.

• 3-4 month contract, immediate start
• Circa £300 per day, outside IR35
• Hybrid working in London

You will:

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns across a variety of channels, including Meta and TikTok
• Develop creative and engaging ad content tailored to target audiences
• Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
• Conduct A/B testing to optimise ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies

You will need:

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end paid social, with a focus on Meta and TikTok.
• Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets (£200k – £300k per month)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using advertising platforms to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working in the EMEA market, ideally the UK, Germany, Sweden, and Netherlands
