My client is a niche operator in the luxury market, creating experiences for the super wealthy. They are a dynamic team of passionate people who are invested in the growth of the company. Based in the heart of buzzing London, they have a collaborative office environment, where ideas are shared constantly.

As a skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the CEO to support the growth of the company. In doing so, you will help to shape and implement digital marketing plans with a clear focus on paid media. You will be driven by analytics and have a track record of optimising campaigns over time to deliver cost-effective visibility, in a start-up environment. It is a key requirement that you have experience marketing to the luxury market.

Key focus and requirements:-

• Responsible for the execution of best in class paid search, display, email and social strategy to drive marketing efficiency, customer conversion and market share ambition in multiple markets
• Ensure the right audience is reached for cost-effective sales and conversions, operating the key levers of Luxury
• Accountable for efficient spend through forecasting and budget management, using attribution techniques, ROI modelling and management of bid rules
• Work with the Engineering team to automate digital marketing processes and scale up campaigns where applicable (e.g. scripts, in-house solutions)
• 5 years’ experience in a performance marketing focused role
• Previous experience working with the luxury market is essential
