We’re looking for 3 confident performance marketing specialists of different levels to work on a brilliant portfolio of gaming and tech clients, amongst others. This is a cross-channel role, where you’ll gain exposure to all areas of the business, including creative and client services.

The role:

You will work across every aspect of digital advertising from planning, strategy and set-up to execution, analysis, optimisation and client management.

· Plan and document campaign strategies in line with a test and learn approach

• Set up digital campaigns accurately and logically
• Provide ad hoc reports to managers and clients

• Collect, track and record data from a variety of sources
• Create a close relationship with our clients through impeccable client service
• Brief compelling copy and creative for clients, considering their tone and brand
• Monitor all data points through the user funnel, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement and take action to improve overall results
• Support senior management in preparing for new business pitches and bringing on board new clients

They are looking for a data driven, analytical thinker with experience in running Performance/DR and/or User Acquisition Campaigns on paid social platforms and/or Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display), or ASA
