Community Manager

My client, a leading digital agency, has requirement for a Social Community Manager to work on-site for one of their flagship consumer accounts.

In this role, you will work directly with the client making you part of the team and decision-making process and allowing you to have much more creative freedom, but more importantly work in an agile environment to work more efficiently and effectively.

This account(s) are very playful and energetic, and the client would love someone to bring a similar passion for this role.

My client is are looking for someone who lives and breathes great social media activity – be that interesting behavioural trends of people on social, clever uses of platform functionality to engage audiences, or brands adding value to their customers experience through interacting with them in social channels.

You will be responsible for:

• For being the voice of the brand on social channels
• For the development of the content strategy & calendars (quarterly, monthly etc) & stakeholder engagement for sign off
• For working with Content Creator on concepts for posts
• For post copywriting, engaging audiences with community management, social listening and day to day reporting
• For being a key user of Hootsuite (and TalkWalker)
