I’ve partnered up with a large retailer, who are undergoing the next phase of a digital transformation. This is going to have a huge impact on the business, and it’s such an exciting time to join.

I’m looking for a Content Solutions Manager, to implement a new software for the business on a global scale. This person MUST have experience using Production Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management

You will be the main person to roll out this software, and be involved in setting up each process and selection of suppliers. It is crucial that you have the technical expertise to lead a team of copywriters in managing and loading the information onto this software.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with Head of Department to create and deliver the product data management strategy
• Work closely with the technology team to select platforms, ensuring all gathered requirements are incorporated and considered in platform selection
• Support the technical build and rollout of platform systems
• Work closely with across multiple teams including brand and marketing teams, digital marketing teams and external agencies to ensure that requirements are met
• Own and manage the creation and load of digital content and information throughout the data onboarding process

You must have :

• 3+ years’ in a data management role with PIM Lead / Manager experience
• Successfully led a team within the ecommerce, ideally within the retail industry
• Defined and managed end to end PIM and DAM processes
• Managed and built strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external agencies
• Thrive in fast paced environment; able to deliver solutions in face of unforeseen obstacles and challenging business requirements
