Digital Content Executive – Fluent in both Russian & English!

8 month Fixed Term Contract paying up to £30,000

Please note – This role can be based anywhere in the UK. If you live in London the requirements are 2 days in the central London office & 3 at home. If you are outside of London you can be fully remote.

Salt is working with a Communications agency that are currently on the hunt for a Digital Content Executive who ideally has 1 years of experience in Marketing & must have experience navigating YouTube and Telegram.

You will have responsibility for researching, connecting and developing a network of channels which will distribute campaign content and establish continual engagement and conversation across groups, pages and chats.

This role requires exceptional Russian language skills, both written and spoken.

Role:

• Work with the wider team to research inputs into the digital campaign strategy. Including; channel & targeting options, audience research, influencer research, & promotional options across various social channels (Meta, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok and Twitch)
• Creating, Monitoring, and Managing high volumes of Telegram accounts. Making sure the content is shared across all channels successfully.
• Partner with channels owners across Telegram, YouTube, and Twitch to build relationships and coordinate campaign participation.
• Tracking performance of campaign content and relevant conversation (public & private.) Engage with target audiences, crisis management responses and plans, and moderation processes.
• Work with the wider team to feed into the reporting by identifying & tracking insights key to campaign objectives, and sharing recommendations for optimisation & future improvements.

Requirements:

• 1+ years’ experience in Content Marketing.
• Must be fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience creating, developing, and managing Telegram channels.
• Demonstrable knowledge of how to run engaging, impactful campaigns on Telegram and YouTube. ( Experience with Twitch is a bonus!)
• Experience running paid promotions on Telegram – as well as other major networks including Meta and Google.
