My client, a fast-growing Gen Z beverage brand, are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing/ Social Media Manager to join a small but ambitious marketing team.
Whilst the brand has an already established social media presence, you will ideally come and take it onto the next level. You must be creative, entrepreneurial & think outside of the box!
This role will ideally suit someone with demonstrable years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation as well as knowledge of wider marketing channels. The role also requires strong interpersonal and strong leadership skills as you will be managing a small team of 3.
Responsibilities
· With support from Head of Marketing, plan and implement the overall marketing strategy
· Run and manage key Social Media platforms, including Instagram & TikTok (paid advertising included)
· Manage and implement other marketing activities (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile App, Affiliate & Influencer)
· Lead a team of 3 junior marketing team members, including performance and targets
· Responsible for budgets, cost analysis and data mining
· Pitching and working with leading brands for collaborative projects and partnerships
· Project coordination with third party associates for product and store launches
· Continuously bringing in new ideas for content and staying up to date with trends
Requirements
· 4-5 years’ experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing within a consumer brand
· Extensive and thorough understanding of Gen Z audience
· Experience across both organic and paid
· People management skills
· Extremely creative but also highly analytical
· Strong interpersonal skills
