This career defining role with see you building out a team of Paid and Organic social experts to create a centre of excellence in the business. The Role:

· Build out a team of paid and organic social media marketers.

· Create an innovative robust social strategy for both paid and organic.

· Lead on all social activity, launching new channels as you see fit.

· Use analytics and data to inform decision making for both short and long-term strategy

· Be seen as an authority on social media and the digital landscape

· Set best practises and ensure team is performing to the best of their ability

The Person:

· Leadership skills – you’ll be growing and managing a team of up to 20

· Agency or in-house experience but you should have extensive experience working in a regulated industry, preferably in banking.

· Expert knowledge, and hands-on experience, of paid social media marketing

· In-depth knowledge of social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTok
