They are seeking a data-driven Senior Content Designer to join this team who is passionate about digital, possess exceptional content design and copywriting skills and above all, deliver content that puts the user first.

The Role

The Senior Content Designer will work collaboratively with the team and use data to understand user needs and delivering content to meet them. Specifically, the Senior Content Designer will be responsible for:

• Strategically shape content products to meet the needs of a broad audience
• Take ownership and develop the brands style guide
• Developing and designing content tools to enhance the user journey (Online Forms / calculators etc)
• Using analytics to inform, develop and test content to deliver to user needs
• Working collaboratively with UX Designers to create and implement best practice and process
• Lead and motivate a small team

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience of designing and writing user centric content for multiple audiences, across multiple formats (ideally advisory or public information content)
• A strong appreciation for User Experience
• A passion to help others
• Excellent communication skills
• A proactive attitude
