Salt have partnered with a global FMCG business that is confirmed to be the largest food organization in the world. You’ll be working in their beautiful, and modern, HQ in Vevey, Switzerland and joining the Comms Team as their latest social listening expert.
My client creates food and beverage products and has a presence in almost every country in the world. You’ll be working on a role that has huge potential for growth within the business, as well as the ability to learn new skills, both professionally and personally. This is a key role for the team!
The company does require you to be living in, or near Vevey. Lausanne and Geneva are options.
The Role:
· Lead on social listening, keyword tracking, and reporting on any comms that includes the brands of the business, both positive and negative.
· Supply thorough insight and analysis of the market to your team so they can create data driven, and relevant campaigns.
· Gather, explore, and conclude on social media, marketing and web data.
· Report to wider team your learnings from social listening and analysis, whilst making suggestions and recommendations of how to interpret data and best use it.
· Provide data insights throughout the content development process, steering the team in the right direction.
· Monitor reaction during crisis comms, to inform strategic decision making.
· Manage internal and external research partner, and coordinate with markets.
The Person:
· University degree or equivalent
· 3+ years experience in social listening with a global brand
· Able to confidently use analytical and reporting tools, including Sprinklr, and GA.
· Highly analytical and strategic – you thrive off data and insights.
· Extremely organized, and capable of managing multiple projects at any one time.
· Loves a fast paced environment that is challenging and rewarding.
