Social Media Executive

Salt have partnered with a Global Giant in the FMCG sector as they look for a Social Media Executive to join their team. This will be an ASAP starting, 6 month contract.

As their Social Media specialist you will be responsible for the processes and communication flows related to integrating User Generated Content (UGC) into the Brand digital channels. This means working closely with internal stakeholders, such as the digital channels, CDT, brand, web, CRM, UX, etc…, and other Brand marketing teams in the various product groups, with the purpose of utilizing UGC in global marketing campaigns, product launches, market specific activation’s.

Responsibilities:

• Drive UGC strategy: curate, create, manage processes enabling opportunities for UGC.
• Market support: answering questions and facilitating troubleshooting, creating market specific content suggestions, creative ideas for UGC contests, implementing UGC into the various local digital channels/communications. Ensuring the needs of markets are met to unblock their usage of UGC.
• Drive usage of UGC: creating monthly newsletters, editorial UGC selection for the markets, driving awareness about role and impact of UGC in a consumer journey.
• Maintain relationship with micro-experiences and Brand Community solution provider: work with solution manager to improve Brand community-product feedback loop.
• Organize, gather, and prepare UGC – existing content and new content – on Global Repository, keep it organized and easily accessible by markets.
• Curate UGC collection process via all existing systems – create processes aligned with internal policies.

Key Details:
£150 – £175 OUTSIDE IR35

Hybrid working: 1-2 days in the office per week
