Portsmouth, hybrid 3 days in office.

£35K-£45K

My client is looking to expand its marketing function with its first social media hire. You’ll join a team of ambitious marketers who are looking to grow brand awareness and new audiences through digital marketing strategies. My client is a nationwide leader in waste management. You’ll work across consumer, trade, b2b, and sustainability initiatives.

The Role:

· Lead, plan and deliver impactful social media content across core social media platforms ie. Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

· Work with business partners to come up with engaging content.

· Identify customers, and new target audiences to reach.

· Create and manage influencer marketing strategy.

· Analyse success of posts and report back, making informed suggestions of how to improve.

· Launch and test strategies across current and new social media platforms, if you see fit.

The Person:

· At least 4 years experience managing social media accounts within brand or agency setting.

· Creative with a results driven mindset.

· Proven ability to grow social media presence and engagement.

· Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
