Salt is looking for a qualified Web Lead to join our client in London (UK), who will be working as part of the Web & SEO Team. The Web Lead will ensure the execution of all campaigns, features and enhancements in a timely manner as well as driving the growth of the respective web presence with the market. In addition, the Web Lead will be responsible for scoping, coordinating, and delivering insights from a regional perspective with the overall aim of ensuring that the most comprehensive knowledge of content and performance is provided to market stakeholders.
The candidate will be responsible for
- Have regular meetings with markets
- Discuss A/B testing opportunities
- Implement features and campaigns based on SEO and Google Analytics insights
- Coordinate and manage ad-hoc projects allocated to third parties and resolving system issues by aligning directly with the solution support team
- Supervise the development teams that are collaborating with markets on a daily base to ensure quality in implementation of content and features
- Analyse incoming change requests from markets – email or JIRA
- Build with market an editorial planning approach for managing the annual communication plan and feed to Global
- Provide advice to market based on guidelines / toolbox provided by OC / best practices
- Monitor campaigns and promotions and identify ways to maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability
- Conduct quality checks of the websites: Make sure correct content is implemented / guidelines are followed
About you:
- Experience in working successfully in a global, multicultural organisation, with cross-functional projects
- Strong experience (minimum 5 years) in digital and use of web management tools (CMS, GA, etc)
- Strong project management skills, organisation skills and documentation skills
- Collaborative in nature: a team player who is experienced in developing very strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and can successfully work independently
- Design thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to think outside the box.
