A luxury hotel chain are looking for a CRM Campaign Executive to join their growing Marketing division. Based in Central London you will be responsible for the CRM strategy and execution across the famous collections of hotels. Using your Email Marketing & CRM expertise you will advise best practice to produce engaging campaigns to the growing customer base.

Responsibilities

· Planning, building and delivering multi-channel campaigns

· Responsible for the growth of the customer base

· Check BAU email campaigns, and ensure they are fit for purpose, and manage the day-to-day campaigns

· Work closely with the broader marketing and design team

Skills / Experience

· Experience in creating engaging email marketing campaigns

· Understanding of customer journeys and retention, acquisition and engagement

· Ideally educated to degree level

· Good team player, and confident presenting to stakeholders

· Previous experience in a marketing/ CRM role
