CRM Manager – £37,000

I am looking for a CRM Manager to join a global business based in Sevenoaks. You will be joining this business at an impressive stage of growth as they look to enter new markets & expand their product offering.

Within this entrepreneurial team, you will be responsible for execution of CRM/ Email Marketing strategies and implementing targeted customer retention programmes.

CRM Manager Responsibilities

· Design and deliver the CRM Strategy with the Marketing Director

· Provide reporting and analysis of the marketing campaigns

· Manage the relationship with the Email Service Provider (ESP) and ensure the platform is optimised

· Recommend new CRM ideas to Stakeholders

· Plan and deliver CRM marketing strategies based on commercial objectives and implement creative, cost-efficient campaigns, cross channel to drive quality subscriber growth and repeat customers

CRM Manager Requirements

· Experience in using and managing ESP systems

· Experience presenting CRM strategies to stakeholders

· Ideally educated to degree level

· Background in Email, SMS, DM and Digital campaigns

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
