One of the UK’s leading leisure/fitness brands are looking for a talented CRM Executive to join their growing marketing team and help drive forward their CRM transformation.
In this role you will be supporting with the development and implementation of email & SMS campaigns, continuously learning and growing within the business.
Responsibilities
· Working closely with the CRM Manager to build and execute email & SMS campaigns
· Creating and deploying effective, automated life-cycle campaigns across the business
· Supporting with optimisation and reporting of all automated and trigger campaigns
· Building out targeted, automated journeys and applying test & learn approach
· Proofing emails, ensuring campaigns are technically correct
· Working to resolve any issues and problems relating to the broadcast and scheduling of emails
· Working with multiple stakeholders to ensure automated campaigns achieve business goals
· Run weekly/monthly reports to report on campaign activity and suggesting ideas/improvements
· Analysing campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results
Requirements
· 2+ years experience in CRM marketing
· Understanding of email marketing best practices
· Working experience with multiple CRM tools (Salesforce is a bonus)
· Good technical understanding and experience using HTML/CSS is desirable
· Experience of campaign reporting and analysis
· Passionate, driven, innovative personality
