CRM Executive – Fintech App
Location: London
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
Join a fast-growing fintech app as a CRM Executive, where you’ll play a key role in executing data-driven customer engagement campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on experience in CRM, helping to optimise customer journeys and drive retention.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging.
- Support customer segmentation and personalisation strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimisation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Help manage CRM tools and automation workflows.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Enthusiasm for fintech and or the tech world
