A global fintech business based in London & Zurich are looking for a CRM Hubspot specialist to join their growing Marketing function. The business was founded 4 years ago and are now looking to enhance their digital and CRM offering!
The Hubspot Manager will be the go to on all things Hubspot, from forecasting and reporting, system training across the business, inbound marketing and CRM & Email Marketing. You will report into the Head of Marketing, but will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Organise inbound marketing campaigns for brand growth, engagement and member retention
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy with analytics data and insights
- Reporting into the Head of Marketing you will support on Inbound Marketing strategies across the business
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise the way they use Hubspot to generate insights that drive decision-making
- Set up dashboards and monitoring, analysing and reporting on campaigns and KPIs using HubSpot analytics and other data sources
- Setting up automation and workflows as required
Experience
- Experience working with Hubspot ideally for 2+ years
- Experience maintaining and optimising a CRM database and processes
- You’re comfortable working with and supporting multiple teams, you have a positive, can-do attitude and can hit the ground running.
- Analytical mindset
- Ideally educated to degree level
