CRM Manager

Greater London Contract / 3 Months £300.00 - £350.00 per day

This exciting new role supporting one of the UK’s brilliant Charity Organisations in the efforts to enhance their Salesforce CRM system, migration to Pardot, while also aiding in their marketing endeavors and brand implementation tasks. Proficiency in CRM and email marketing is essential for this opening, and you will be working directly with their Head of Brand and Marketing and IT team.

This contract role will oversee the implemention of the organisations new branding and CRM system, ensuring it’s centralisation in their communication efforts. Key skills required include CRM expertise across marketing, planning, copywriting, data analysis and a passion for achieving results through email.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Directly support in developing the CRM Strategy, advising on new CRM flows for implementation
  • Develop and execute push strategy and roadmap, report on relevant insights, conduct regular A/B testing to best inform their future strategic efforts
  • Work with key stakeholders to understand blockers and opportunities for the team
  • Support in the creation of optimal CRM reporting structures and dashboard implementations where required

Key Skills Required:

  • Essential experience required in Pardot
  • A strong understanding of CRM, customer lifecycle management, and marketing automation concepts
