A free to use technology platform in Central London are looking for a CRM Manager to join the team of 40. The business is doing incredibly well and are looking for someone to create an engaging CRM strategy and execute campaigns across their growing customer base.
In terms of channels, you will look after CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, APP and Push.
Responsibilities
· Establish and develop the CRM strategy within the business, sharing best practice with the broader teams
· Execute campaigns across email, SMS, APP and Push – to increase loyalty and engagement
· Work closely with the data and design team to ensure campaigns are fit for purpose
· Work with the product team to ensure automated campaigns are aligned with the customer journey
· Keeping stakeholders engaged with the CRM and Digital changes
Experience
· Proven experience in a CRM/ Email Marketing role
· Experience with different CRM/ ESP systems
· Data driven and creative approach to CRM
· Ideally educated to degree level
· Excellent understanding of CRM, loyalty & digital
