CRM Manager – Beauty brand
A beauty brand are looking for a CRM Manager to join their London office to plan and deliver a CRM strategy that spans all channels and touchpoints. You will lead the design, strategy and execution of all customer marketing solutions.
The company are going through a digital transformation and you will play a key role in helping the business achieve the growth plans.
Responsibilities
· Working with the broader marketing team to ensure effective end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns across email, SMS and push
· Manage the CRM budget across UK & European campaigns
· Ensuring communications are customer-centric and insight driven
· On-going optimisation (test & learn approach) to campaigns
· Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new programme
Experience
· Ideally educated to degree level
· CRM experience across multiple channels (SMS, Email, Loyalty)
· Ideally Retail, Luxury or Cosmetic background
