A leading, British luxury fashion brand are looking for CRM Manager to join their growing team. The company are investing heavily into Digital and have fantastic plans for CRM & Loyalty over the coming years.
You will report into the Head of Ecommerce and will be responsible for developing the Email and CRM strategy that will drive engagement, conversion and retention.
The business are very happy to consider a Senior CRM Executive that is looking for their first CRM Manager role.
The company has a great culture and are currently growing & opening stores globally!
Responsibilities
· Build an email marketing calendar that drives positive revenue, click-through and conversion
· Support the development and execution of loyalty programme with the wider digital team
· Develop and build the email automation programme that delivers targeted and personalised emails to the customer base
· Execute the A/B testing programme to achieve higher levels of engagement, click-through rates and conversion rates
· Check BAU email campaigns and ensure they are fit for purpose
Experience
· Experience in creating and executing engaging email marketing campaigns
· Understanding of customer journeys and retention, acquisition and engagement
· 3+ years in a CRM/ Email Marketing role, ideally with in Luxury/Fashion/Retail
· Ideally educated to degree level
· Good team player, and confident presenting to stakeholders
