I am looking for a CRM Manager for a Luxury British retail brand. You will have a fantastic opportunity to grow, develop and implement amazing strategies across their customer base. Two years ago they achieved £800,000 in sales in the year, and last month they achieved £1.2million in sales in the month! Their office is based in central London.

Responsibilities –

· Execute CRM marketing campaigns across multiple channels

· Review current email marketing and digital CRM activity, capabilities, and operating model

· Provide recommendations and implement improvements

· Define and deliver email-driven customer contact programs and activities to drive revenue and customer growth

· Support digital channel shift, support customer lifecycle and product/promotional led activity which will include customer targeting, data selections, creative and messaging, email design and build, through to measurement and analysis

· Identify segments of customers through analysis and data around which to build new email campaigns and contact programs

· Identify new opportunities to create trigger-based email marketing activity

· Identify and implement solutions to grow the email marketable database

Requirements –

· 3+ years CRM experience

· Startup experience desirable

· Experience in developing and executing CRM strategies

· Passion for fashion and retail
