A global sports brand based in London are looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join their marketing team. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that you are building relevant and highly targeted email campaigns to the growing database, across the UK and European markets.

Responsibilities

• Planning, building and delivering multi-channel campaigns
• Responsible for the growth of the customer base
• Check BAU email campaigns, and ensure they are fit for purpose, and manage the day-to-day campaigns
• Drive and enhance email subscriptions, data collection and customer engagement programmes
• Work closely with the broader marketing and design team to ensure emails are of a good standard
• Work closely with the email provider to implement the CRM road map and implement any new ideas

Skills / Experience

• Experience in creating engaging email marketing campaigns
• Understanding of customer journeys and retention, acquisition and engagement
• Ideally educated to degree level
• Good team player, and confident presenting to stakeholders
• Previous experience in a marketing/ CRM role
