Salt is excited to collaborate with this brand new client as the search for a CRM Specialist to support their team with the further development and acceleration of their CRM strategy. Proven, key experience with Dot Digital is absolutely essential for this opening which you’ll be using to coordinate and launch their email flows and various other points of their CRM strategy touchpoints.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Directly support in developing the CRM Strategy, advising on new CRM flows for implementation
- Develop and execute push strategy and roadmap, report on relevant insights, conduct regular A/B testing to best inform their future strategic efforts
- Work with key stakeholders to understand blockers and opportunities for the team
- Support in further development of their strategy, roadmap and further implementation of Dot Digital across key campaigns and promotions.
- Support in the creation of optimal CRM reporting structures and dashboard implementations
