eCRM Manager

Salt is proud to support this Globally Established FMCG Client as they source for a freelancer for immediate support with the delivery of their eCRM content strategy. Alongside comms strategy, in this position you will be the ambassador and the builder of ECRM communication programs and toolboxes. Previous experience working within an agency environment would be very advantageous.

Key Role Requirements:

• Oversee responsibility for the delivery of ECRM content strategy and toolboxes
• Actively participate in the briefing process for brand programs / own sub-programs, with guidance from Head of Brand Communications
• You will act as key contributor and Consumer and Brand Experience Strategy representative in cross functional brand led program teams.
• Work collaboratively and support alignment with cross functional teams and channel owners to ensure brand programs deliver on specific channel needs
• Effectively partner with cross functional teams, design markets, and appropriate regional and commercial forums to ensure toolboxes are fully Omni-channel integrated, delivering on Omni-channel content connections strategy across the consumer journey
• Act as an Ambassador of the Brand, championing its DNA and core values in various forums and cross-functional teams

Key Skills Requested:

• Brand Marketing experience with proven ability to build integrated omni-channel campaigns
• Creative agency experience
• Be a strong storyteller with ability to build strong narratives to inspire, engage and convert consumers, across all touch points.
• Be a confident briefer with proven ability to drive and evaluate agency work
• The ability to inspire and engage the team in the vision and be a core strategic thinker
• Hold the ability to build collaborative relationships, demonstrates empathy and resilience
